Is the $350 formation fee really flat?
Yes. LLC or C-Corp, any state, same price. State filing fees are separate and charged at cost by the state — we never mark them up.
When does the monthly platform fee start?
You pay $350 today when you form your company. Your platform plan (Solo Core $49/mo by default) begins 30 days later, so the second month is your first monthly charge.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade between Solo Core, Solo Scale and Solo Select from your account — changes apply on your next billing cycle.
Do domains auto-renew?
Yes, at $20 per year — one of the lowest renewal rates on the market. You can register up to three years up front and cancel auto-renew any time.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
